The room was clean and spacious, but the valet parking was challenging.

Comfortable beds and an impressive breakfast were highlights during my stay. The room was well-equipped, providing everything a family could need. The central location made exploring nearby attractions effortless, but check-in was an issue. arriving at 3 pm didn't guarantee access to the room in time for an afternoon outing. A noisy celebration next door also disrupted the experience for a while.

Outstanding Stay with Exceptional Service!
Our family loved every moment! From the friendly check-in by Khalid to the delightful omelette and coffee at breakfast, the staff truly made us feel at home. Enjoyed the serene bay view from our suite and the convenient location near Seaport Village. Pro tip, avoid getting disturbed by sales pitches during breakfast!

Spacious suite with lovely bay views—perfect for families! Easy stroll to the Midway and rest of downtown. Good vibes really.
Had to dodge flying water from a shower that seemed to have a grudge against polite guests!

I enjoyed the generous happy hour and amazing breakfasts. However, my late-night room change due to maintenance led to poor communication from the front desk. I had to move at a late hour before an early meeting, and they blamed my roommate instead of addressing the issue. Only a few minutes to pack meant I left some items behind, and the hotel offered no assistance in retrieving them. I felt forgotten in their crisis management.

We had a fantastic time exploring the nearby San Diego Zoo, and the sea view from our room was breathtaking! The breakfast choices were abundant and even catered to my gluten-free needs. Staying with my hubby made it even more special.
In my wife’s opinion, the air conditioning could’ve cooled down better for comfort.

Why it might work for you – or not
The location offers amazing views and easy access to downtown attractions. We loved the generous happy hour and breakfast options, which added significant value to our stay.
Valet parking fees are steep at $55 and the noise from the open atrium disrupted our tranquility. Additionally, we faced issues with staff availability during peak times.
